How do I get a library card?
Answer
Any resident of Henrico, Richmond or Chesterfield is eligible for a library card, as well as card holders with Pamunkey Regional Library System. You will need to bring in a photo ID and proof of address. More information about getting a library card can be found on our Get a Card page.
